Priscilla Louise (Underwood) McDaniel

Priscilla Louise McDaniel went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2024, in Overton, Tx. She was born on October 31, 1940, to Dayton and Reba Underwood in Mobile, Alabama. Priscilla lived all over the world, from Mississippi, Iran, Tennessee, and settled in Texas.

Visitation for Priscilla Louise McDaniel will be Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 12:00–1:00pm, with a service to follow at 1:00pm at Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home in Overton, TX with Pastor John Gradberg Officiating.

Priscilla was an artist and a published author. She sold paintings all over the world. She worked locally at the Overton Press until she retired. Priscilla loved antiques and owned her own shop. She loved music and gardening, especially roses. Most of all, Priscilla loved her family. She loved her grandchildren deeply, to the point of killing snakes to protect them.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; Dayton and Reba Underwood; her Husband; Charles McDaniel; Brother; Joe Underwood; fiancé, Robert Jull; and Son-in-law; Eric Jennings

She is survived by her Children; Toni O’Neal and husband Stan of Horn Lake, MS; Laura Thomas and husband Chris of Mooringsport, La; Tim Webb and wife Patricia of Overton, TX; and Jill Jennings of Overton, TX; Siblings; Daniel Underwood, Betty Myatt, Linda Joy, and Wanda Ratcliff; 10 Grandchildren, and 15 Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by many school friends and online friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton, TX.
